• insights are limited to copying what they’ve read or seen, not necessarily from authoritative sources

Learning

• follows some technology leaders on Twitter et al
• Takes notes in a notebook when working on a project
• Can posit possible consequences of following one technology path or another

Ownership

Owns their own tasks with guidance: plans and executes but doesn’t (regularly) plan and is not fully responsible for quality

Technical

• Able to contribute to project work with constant supervision
